Boggy Estates is a new home community planned on an approximately 17.55-acre parcel located off Boggy Road in Conway. Conveniently situated near the intersection of Highway 701 and Highway 22 (Veterans Highway), the community offers quick access to downtown Conway and downtown Aynor, while the Grand Strand beaches are just over a 30-minute drive away. Horry County has approved the development of 26 single-family homes within Boggy Estates.
Benton Rentals LLC currently owns this land. Benton Rentals also owns a 64.61 acre parcel of land adjacent to Boggy Estates and 80.41 acre parcel of land adjacent to the adjacent parcel. No plans for these other two parcels have been announced.
