World Tour is a Carolina Forest new home community. This Carolina Forest new home community is located off of River Oaks Drive next to the famous World Tour Golf Course. The International World Tour Golf Links is the brainchild of Mel Graham, a designer and developer who spent eight years choosing and replicating inspiring holes from among the most exclusive courses around the world. Horry County Government has approved the building of an additional 180 multi family units in this Carolina Forest new home community.
