Palmetto Place is a new home community that started presales in February of 2026.

The new home community of Palmetto Place is conveniently located on the north side of Highway 90. Locals may know this area as Star Bluff Crossroads as this is near where Star Bluff Road and Long Bay Road each cross Highway 90.

This location is also close to where Water Tower Road intersects with Highway 90. Water Tower Road, a very convenient thoroughfare, is an approximate 10-mile long road in North Myrtle Beach/Longs that runs from the interchange at Highway 31 northeast to Highway 90.

There are several other new home communities near Palmetto Place:
- The Overlook - a new home community by Lennar that will have approximately 200 single-family homes. Single-family homes in The Overlook first began to sell in June of 2025.
- Forestwood - a new home community just off of Water Tower Road by Pulte. The single-family homes in Forestwood began to sell in January of 2025.
