Andalusia is a new home community by Starlight Homes in Longs. There are planned to be 202 single family units in this 117 acre Longs new home community of Andalusia. This new home community is located just off of Route 9, adjacent to the Crown Park Golf Club. The single-family homes in Andalusia range from 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 to 3 bathrooms, 2 car garages, from 1 to 2 stories and from 1,100 to 2,174 square feet of living space. Starlight Homes first closed single-family homes in Andalusia back in the summer of 2024. As of July 2025, Starlight Homes has sold close to 60 single-family homes in Andalusia. The single family homes in Andalusia have sold from the low $200’s to the low $300’s.

Plantersfield by Starlight Homes
Plantersfield is a new home community by Starlight Homes in Conway. The Plantersfield subdivision will include approximately 87 single family units. This Conway new home community of Plantersfield is conveniently located in Maple Crossroads just off of highway 701 just below its interchange with Highway 22, just down the road from the Grier Crossing subdivision. The single-family homes in Plantersfield range from 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 to 3 bathrooms, 2 car garages, from 1 to 2 stories and from 1,109 to 2,068 square feet of living space. Starlight Homes first closed single-family homes in Plantersfield back in the spring of 2024. As of July 2025, Starlight Homes has sold close to 80 single-family homes in Plantersfield. The single family homes in Plantersfield have sold from the low $200’s to the low $300’s.
