The new home community of Riverbank at Ocean Isle is conveniently located just off of NC Ocean Highway West 17 a short distance from Ocean Isle Beach Road SW.
Riverbank at Ocean Isle Beach will benefit from its close proximity to Ocean Isle Beach Road SW, providing convenient access to the beach, mainland destinations, and major travel routes. Ocean Isle Beach Road SW is a local/secondary roadway running inland north from the beach area of Ocean Isle Beach into the mainland part of Brunswick County. Ocean Isle Beach Road SW serves as a key connector road between the island community and other local streets and rural areas just north of the barrier island. It’s not a numbered state highway itself, but it ties into bigger routes that get you to and from the coast.
Lennar will be the builder at Riverbank at Ocean Isle.

Preliminary plans from Lennar are showing 115 single family homes on approximately 45.2 acres of land with 31.5 of those acres being dedicated open space.
As of December 2025, Lennar has not yet announced pricing, timing or plans for development of Riverbank at Ocean Isle.
