Beazer Homes first starting building and selling homes in Bella Vita way back in 2016. In Beazer’s early years of development homes sold in Bella Vita in the $200’s. Nine years later, some of the homes have sold up into the $500’s.
Beazer has now completed the final phases of building in it’s two communities in Carolina Forest, Bella Vita and Bella Vita Gardens in July of 2025.
Garden Homes - Beazer constructed and sold 110 garden homes in Bella Vita.
Single Family Homes - Beazer constructed and sold 164 single-family homes in Bella Vita.
This Carolina Forest new home community allows for quick access to major roads, including Highway 501 and Highway 31. This Carolina Forest new home community is located adjacent to the Pulte Berkshire Forest new home community.
Residents in the new home community of Bella Vita will be served by the new Pine Island Elementary School on Ronald McNair Boulevard that opened up for the 2025 school year. The Pine Island Elementary School serves Kindergarten through 5th Grade, aligning with the standard structure for schools in the Horry County School District.
