News Title:This upcoming weekend, May 15 – 16, the new home community of SayeBrook is having a tour of homes!
On Friday May 15 and Saturday May 16, from 11:00AM to 4:00PM, the new home community of SayeBrook is hosting a tour of homes – “SayeBrook in Bloom”.
Toll Brothers, Pulte and Saussy Burbank are the three exceptional builders shaping SayeBrook.
SayeBrook’s appeal is undeniable. Construction in the new home community of SayeBrook is rather unique in that the completed homes by these 3 builders are intermixed rather than each builder having its own dedicated section of the community. This lends itself well to result in a community with a nice diversification of homes along each street - with different models from different builders along the way!
The “SayeBrook in Bloom” event will offer an opportunity to meet these 3 builders, tour their beautifully crafted interiors, and explore the diverse collection of home designs offered throughout the community.
While visiting the models, prospective homeowners also will be provided with a community tour map highlighting additional homes open for viewing. In addition, the new home community of SayeBrook will be having a raffle for a chance to win a round of golf for four at the award-winning Prestwick Country Club. The Prestwick Country Club is located on the south end of Myrtle Beach near the Market Common and Surfside areas and is one of the most respected golf courses along the Grand Strand
The new home community of SayeBrook is being developed in Myrtle Beach (Surfside area) near the intersection of Highway 17 and Highway 544.
The SayeBrook community master plan will include new residential homes and a commercial center. Conveniently located, SayeBrook offers a perfect destination of necessity retail, with Target as the main anchor. Junior anchors also include Marshalls and Petco. The SayeBrook Main Street Shops are the gateway to the planned 1,800 unit neo-traditional style SayeBrook Residential Community located on over 740 acres of land. A hybrid lifestyle center, the Town Center brings new customers, as well as repeat visitors, from all of the South Strand for decades to come. Features which set SayeBrook apart from other commercial centers include excellent visibility and access, ample parking, and a beautiful Lowcountry village architectural style.
Next door to the new home community of SayeBrook is Trader Joe’s, which opened in the fall of 2025. Having a Trader Joe's nearby is appealing to SayeBrook residents as the grocery store offers a combination of convenience, value, and a shopping experience that feels different from a typical grocery store.
