Summers Walk is conveniently located on the east side of Brick Landing Road SW (Highway 179) next to Owendon Plantation and Pine Lake Village.
Logan Homes is the builder in Summers Walk.
Logan Homes is headquartered in Belville, NC and has been building homes along the southeastern Carolina Coast since 1986. Other new home communities in which Logan Homes is building in the area include:
