The single-family homes in Andalusia range from 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 to 3 bathrooms, 2 car garages, from 1 to 2 stories and from 1,100 to 2,174 square feet of living space. Starlight Homes first closed single-family homes in Andalusia back in the summer of 2024. As of July 2025, Starlight Homes has sold close to 60 single-family homes in Andalusia. The single family homes in Andalusia have sold from the low $200’s to the low $300’s.
