Single-family homes in Crown Meadows first began to sell homes back in 2016 and the community has since been completed. Over the years the single family homes in Crown Meadows have sold from the low $100’s to the low $300’s.
There were 52 single family homes built on 13.56 acres in Crown Meadows. Ameri Built Homes was the primary builder in Crown Meadows.

Recent activity involves 49.6 acres of land adjacent to Crown Meadows - this property received approval from Horry County to build approximately 145 single family homes couple of years ago. This parcel of land is currently owned by Magnolia Landing Land Co LLC – a company owned by Ameri Built Homes.
A stormwater permit was recently obtained for this 49.6 acre parcel allowing the developer to manage how the stormwater (rain and runoff) would be collected, treated and discharged from the site – especially after construction.
Ameri Built Homes has not yet announced timing or pricing for these new homes.
Tentatively this new home community is being named Magnolia Landing to align with the name of the LLC that Ameri Built Homes created for this property – but the name is subject to change.
