Collins Walk in Conway and Hoffman Park in Myrtle Beach are other new townhome projects by Lennar – demonstrating their townhome development expertise in the area. Lennar has been selling townhomes in Collins Walk since the spring of 2025 and has already sold out all 80 of the townhomes in Hoffman Park.
Lennar is now in the planning stages of another townhome community in the Carolina Forest area – Camberly. Rezoning efforts are currently underway to rezone an approximate 13.14 acre parcel of land in Carolina Forest from Planned Unit Development District (PUD) to Multi Residential (MRD 3).
The new townhome community of Camberly is conveniently located just off of Highway 501 adjacent to the existing subdivision of Waterford Plantation.
The new townhome community of Camberly is nestled among three of the area’s most popular golf courses: Myrtle Beach National, The Wizard and Man O’War.
Carolina Forest continues to grow. Arbor Ridge is another new home community in Carolina Forest - 18 single-family homes - that is currently under development close to Camberly.
Preliminary plans from Lennar are showing 58 townhomes homes in Camberly.
Lennar has not yet announced timing or pricing of the new townhome community of Camberly.
