Plans from Lennar are for this new home community of Beach View at Grande Dunes to have 95 single-family homes.
Presales of the single-family homes at Beach View at Grande Dunes started in June of 2025.
In December of 2025, Lennar has officially closed its first home in Beach View at Grande Dunes, reinforcing its position as a leading builder within one of Myrtle Beach’s most exclusive master-planned communities.
Lennar is now offering single-family homes in Beach View at Grande Dunes that are either 1 or 2 stories, 3 to 5 bedrooms, 2 to 3.5 bathrooms, and approximate square footage ranging from 1,782 square feet of living space to 2,902 square feet of living space.
Beach View at Grande Dunes is offering the following 5 floor plans:
1. Lawrence – 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1,782 square feet of living space. This home features a formal dining room and an open-concept family room, kitchen and breakfast room with access to the patio for outdoor entertaining. There is a total of three bedrooms, including the owner’s suite. An optional second floor adds a fourth bedroom and bonus room.

Lennar will be adding to its Grande Dunes community portfolio later in 2026 with the new home community of Islewater at Grande Dunes. Current plans from Lennar are to build 86 single-family homes in Islewater at Grande Dunes. Land development for this upcoming Lennar new home community along the Intracoastal Waterway in Grande Dunes is well underway. Lennar has not yet announced pricing for the single family homes in Islewater at Grande Dunes.
As the master planned community of Grande Dunes nears its completion, buyers will have plenty of options over the next couple of years as several new sections within Grande Dunes are moving forward quickly, including The Promenade at Grande Dunes (currently under construction) and the future subdivisions of Cascadia at Grande Dunes, Islecrest at Grande Dunes, and Cane Patch North.
