News Title:Beverly Homes plans Magnolia Woods next to Linksbrook in Murrells Inlet
Beverly Homes is planning a new single-family development known as Magnolia Woods on a property immediately east of the established Linksbrook neighborhood in Murrells Inlet, Georgetown County. The project has received approval from Georgetown County and is identified in county records as a residential subdivision with 48 units.
The property contains approximately 24.93 acres and there are 48 single-family homes approved.
Important environmental information associated with the property - a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Approved Jurisdictional Determination, completed May 26, 2021, specifically reviewed this parcel and identified a 15.61-acre review area consisting of uplands, while another 11.33 acres of the tract was identified as a protected area and was not evaluated as part of the determination.
Magnolia Woods will be situated immediately alongside Linksbrook, an established residential neighborhood within the larger Prince Creek community. Linksbrook was developed as a single-family residential community and today provides an established residential setting with mature landscaping and existing neighborhood amenities. The location of Magnolia Woods therefore places the new development next to an established portion of the Murrells Inlet residential market while adding a different type of housing to the area.
Beverly Homes is a different kind of new home builder. While the company is involved in larger-scale communities such as Peru Plantation, Kingswood on the Waterway Listings and Rivertown Row North, to name a few, Beverly Homes is also quite active in smaller, more intimate communities throughout the Myrtle Beach area.
A few examples of smaller scale new home communities by Beverly Homes include:
This diverse approach is one of the things that distinguishes Beverly Homes in the local Myrtle Beach area market. The company has demonstrated that it can participate in larger communities with hundreds of homes while also developing much smaller neighborhoods with only a handful of residences.
