The single-family homes in Del Webb Grande Dunes Myrtle Beach have ranged in size from just under 1,500 square feet of living space to almost 4,000 square feet of living space.
As of May 2026, the single-family homes in Del Webb Grande Dunes Myrtle Beach have sold from the $300’s to over $1.3 million, with an average selling price in the mid $500’s
Del Webb Ocean Isle Beach
Del Webb Ocean Isle Beach is a 55 plus active adult living community that is coming soon to Ocean Isle Beach, NC. Expectations are that presales for the single-family homes in Del Webb Ocean Isle Beach will begin in June of 2026.
Dockside Preserve
Dockside Preserve is a new home community coming soon to North Myrtle Beach. The new home community of Dockside Preserve is conveniently located along the Intracoastal Waterway, just north of where Robert Edge Parkway comes into North Myrtle Beach. The 73.42 acre piece of property is currently zoned Planned Development District (PDD) and is located within North Myrtle Beach’s jurisdiction. Pulte currently owns this land and is giving indication that Del Webb will be the builder entity in Dockside Preserve. Preliminary Plans for Dockside Preserve are showing a total of 127 lots with lot sizes ranging from 7,115 square feet to 15,915 square feet. Included in the preliminary plans for Dockside Preserve are over 30 of the lots adjacent to the Intracoastal Waterway. Amenities in Dockside Preserve are anticipated to include a swimming pool, clubhouse, playground, pickleball courts, two community boat docks, and two mail kiosks with parking. As of May 2026, land clearing has just started. It is expected that presales in Dockside Preserve will not start until late 2026/early 2027.
