Preliminary plans are indicating 124 single family homes in Cameron Pines on an approximate 48.90 acre piece of property.
Cameron Pines is conveniently located just off of Old Georgetown Rd SW. Due to the proximity of Cameron Pines to Cameron Woods, the new home community of Cameron Pines was formerly known as the Enclave at Cameron Woods as the project was proceeding through the approval process.
Lennar has announced five floor plan offerings in Cameron Pines. These floor plans are similar to the floor plans that Lennar has offered in other nearby new home communities such as Hunters Trace and Warner Crossing.
Albany – The Albany floor plan in Cameron Pines is a single-family home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 2 car garage and approximately 1,247 square feet of living space. This single-story home features a convenient laundry room near the foyer, while in the main living space is a contemporary open layout that leads out to the back patio through sliding doors. In the other half of the home are all three bedrooms, including the owner’s suite with an attached full-sized bathroom. At the front is a versatile two-car garage for storage space.
Annapolis – The Annapolis floor plan in Cameron Pines is a single-family home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 2 car garage and approximately 1,416 square feet of living space.
