In the other half of the home are all three bedrooms, including the owner’s suite with an attached full-sized bathroom. At the front is a versatile two-car garage for storage space.
When Lennar sold out Hunters Trace in July of 2026, the Albany floor plan was being priced from $300,000.

Calabash Pointe - The townhome community of Calabash Pointe by Lennar is being developed on am approximate 55.1 acre piece of land and will be rather unique in that nearly 80% of the property will be open space. Preliminary plans from Lennar for this new townhome community of Calabash Pointe are showing approximately 35 separate buildings with the following breakdown of townhome units: 17 buildings with 6 townhomes, 14 buildings with 7 townhomes, 4 buildings with 4 townhomes. As of July 2026, Lennar has not yet announced timing or pricing for the townhomes in Calabash Pointe.
Cameron Pines - Cameron Pines is a new home community by Lennar coming soon to Ocean Isle Beach. Preliminary plans are indicating 124 single family homes in Cameron Pines on an approximate 48.90 acre piece of property. Lennar is anticipating starting presales in Cameron Pines in the late summer/early fall of 2026.
Fox Hollow - Fox Hollow is a new home community by Lennar coming soon just over the South Carolina Border and North Carolina border off of Highway 17. Fox Hollow is conveniently located directly along Pea Landing Road NW and just a minute east a minute from the Brunswick Plantation Golf Resort. The new home community of Fox Hollow will have 166 single-family homes on an approximate 76.9 acre of land. As of July 2026, Lennar has not yet announced timing or plans for the new homes in Fox Hollow.
Osprey Isle - Osprey Isle is a new home community by Lennar in Ocean Isle Beach that started to sell in the spring of 2025. Osprey Isle is conveniently located just off of Highway 17. Osprey Isle is a master-planned community offering both brand-new single-family homes and villas for sale in Ocean Isle Beach, NC. In the new home community of Osprey Isle, a total of 345 units on 157.1 acres of land with total open space of 115.3 acres was approved by Brunswick County back in June of 2022. Osprey Isle features Lennar’s single-family home and townhome collections with new home designs in the heart of Ocean Isle Beach.
Riverbank at Ocean Isle - Thoughtfully located in Shallotte, NC, Riverbank at Ocean Isle by Lennar is a new home community coming soon that offers coastal-inspired living with seamless connectivity to Ocean Isle Beach and surrounding areas. The new home community of Riverbank at Ocean Isle is conveniently located just off of NC Ocean Highway West 17 a short distance from Ocean Isle Beach Road SW. Preliminary plans from Lennar are showing 115 single family homes on approximately 45.2 acres of land with 31.5 of those acres being dedicated open space.
Woodland Reserve - Woodland Reserve is a new home community by Lennar being proposed just north of Calabash NC in Ash, NC. Woodland Reserve is conveniently located just north of Highway NC 179 and west of Highway NC 904. The new home community of Woodland Reserve is being planned on an approximate 232.30 acre of land. Preliminary plans for the new home community of Woodland Reserve are showing 673 single-family units. As of July 2026, Lennar has not yet announced timing or pricing for the new homes in Woodland Reserve.
