Indigo at the Preserve is a new home community of 221 single-family and duet homes by DRB Elevate coming soon to North Myrtle Beach. The Preserve is a new master planned community coming soon to North Myrtle Beach. The master planned community of The Preserve is conveniently located near the intersection of Highway 22 and Highway 31 right off of Water Tower Road.
