Marsh Pointe is a new home community in Pawleys Island located just off of Rybolt Road. Nestled off of South Causeway Road in Pawleys Island, Marsh Pointe is a boutique community offering a relaxed, easy-going lifestyle with convenience in mind. Pawleys Plantation Golf Club, True Blue Golf Club and the Caledonia Golf Club are three of the most popular golf courses along the Grand Strand and each of them is only about a short 5-minute ride from the new home community of Marsh Pointe in Pawleys Island. There are only 14 homesites in Marsh Pointe. Development in Marsh Pointe is well underway. Beverly Homes is the builder of Marsh Pointe. Magic Oaks (currently under review)
The Magic Oaks community is conveniently located directly off of Highway 17 next to the Hammock Shops Village. The new home community of Magic Oaks in Pawleys Island would be developed on an approximate 19 acre parcel of land. Preliminary plans are for there to be 27 single family homes in Magic Oaks. Plans are also indicating an amenity area with a pool and pool house, a Reese and Sis Hart Memorial Pavilion (included with the amenity), and a private kayak launch for residents of the community. Plans are for the development to be gated.
Waverly Place (currently under review)
Waverly Place is a new home community just off of Waverly Road in Pawleys Island. There are planned to be 9 single-family homes in Waverly Place.

Royal Tern is a new home community just off of Martin Luther King Highway in Pawleys Island. There are planned to be 10 single-family homes in Royal Tern.
