The International Club is located between Highway 707 and Highway 17 just off of McDowell Shortcut Road.
The International Club of Myrtle Beach is located in Murrells Inlet approximately 15 miles south of Myrtle Beach that was designed by renowned architect Willard Byrd and opened in 2000. The International Club of Myrtle Beach is an 18-hole, par-72 course stretching over 6,857 yards from the back tees, offering five sets of tees to accommodate players of all skill levels. The design incorporates the natural Lowcountry terrain, with fairways winding through hardwood and pine forests, as well as untouched wetlands. Unique finger lakes, fed by underground springs, serve as natural water hazards throughout the course.
The International Club has numerous communities already developed, including single family homes in The Meadows, The Highlands, The Links, The Enclave, and Pebble Creek. There are also several townhome/condo communities that have already been developed within the International Club, including The Grand Vistas, The Fairways, Cambridge, The Glens and the Villas.
Glasgow Village was the latest new home community to be developed within the International Golf Club of Myrtle Beach.
There was a total of 44 single-family homes developed and sold in Glasgow Village, with golf course, wooded and lakefront sites.
Home plans offered in Glasgow Village included the Geneva (from 1,760 square feet to 2,606 square feet), The Vienna (from 1,833 square feet to 2,718 square feet), and The Madrid at 3,014 square feet.
Glasgow Village is nestled between Hole # 1 and Holes #10 and is within walking distance from the clubhouse, where you can enjoy a round of golf, dinner, or one of the many special events the community holds. Glasgow Village homeowners also have ready-to-use amenities such as library, junior Olympic pool, playground, workout room, and an amenities center.
The first single-family homes in Glasgow Village sold in February of 2024. The single-family homes in Glasgow Village sold out a little over a year later.
The single-family homes in Glasgow Village sold from $404,000 to $650,000, with an average selling price at approximately $543,000.

The Townes at the Landing is a new townhome community by Chris Manning Communities coming soon to the Little River area. The Townes at the Landing will be a gated community of new townhomes that will have 3-bedrooms, 3.5-bathrooms, and a 1-car garages. The Townes at the Landing will also offer optional elevators. The HOA fees in the Townes at the Landing will start at $99 per month. Amenities at the Townes at the Landing will include a Bark Park. Hudson Creek at Palmetto Harbor is a new home community by Chris Manning in the planning stages that is coming soon to North Myrtle Beach. The new home community of Hudson Creek at Palmetto Harbor in North Myrtle Beach is conveniently located close to the Intracoastal Waterway and adjacent to the Grand Strand Airport. The Grand Strand Airport is primarily used for general aviation, i.e. private planes, charters, and corporate flights rather than commercial flights. The Beachwood Golf Course is adjacent to Hudson Creek at Palmetto Harbor on the south side. The Beachwood Golf Course is an 18-hole public golf course that opened in 1968. The Bluffs at Palmetto Harbor
The Bluffs at Palmetto Harbor is a new home community by Chris Manning coming soon to North Myrtle Beach. The Bluffs at Palmetto Harbor is conveniently located along the Intracoastal Waterway and is nestled between Palmetto Harbor and Kingswood on the Waterway. Del Webb North Myrtle Beach (Pulte) is the community adjacent to The Bluffs at Palmetto Harbor on the south side. The new home community of The Bluffs at Palmetto Harbor will be developed on an approximate 13.2 acre parcel. Preliminary plans from Chris Manning, the builder also involved with the neighboring Hudson Creek at Palmetto Harbor, is showing 41 residential lots. Four of the lots in The Bluffs at Palmetto Harbor will be adjacent to the Intracoastal Waterway. The property is zoned Single-Family Residential Low-Medium (R-1A). Most notable is the fact that the R-1A zoning requires a single-family dwelling lot area of 7,500 square feet. River Oaks Golf Course (Fox and Otter)
The River Oaks Golf Club in Carolina Forest, SC, originally opened in 1987 and was a family-run business for many years. The course, designed by Gene Hamm, initially offered 18 holes (Fox nine hole course and Otter nine hole course) and expanded to 27 with the addition of the Bear nine hole course in 1991. Recently, the Bear nine hole course was sold for residential development. The Fox and Otter nine hole courses remain open for the time being. There are seven main separate parcels of land that are targeted for residential development. Chris Manning Communities is the primary driving entity behind the development plans for all of these parcels. Chris Manning and Mungo Homes are partnering on some of the residential development - specifically the North Cove community which Mungo Homes is now building. Chris Manning is involved with the planning of the remainder of the River Oaks Golf Course area development for the land where the Fox and Otter courses are located.
