News Title:Mungo Homes announced that they have officially sold all of the single-family homes in their new Conway community of Sessions Point and/or have them all under contract.
Sessions Point - Throughout the course of the American Revolutionary War, over 200 battles were fought in South Carolina, more than any other state. At the site of Sessions Point in 1781, it is at this bluff near the Waccamaw River that Loyalists surprised a company of Patriots, a battle occurred, the Patriots capitulated - except for Josias Sessions and eight soldiers who swam away and settled at this site rather than be captured in the black waters. The name of this community and design of the sign serve as a reminder of these times.
Session Point is a new home community located a few miles east of downtown Conway, close to the Waccamaw River, near where Old Reaves Ferry Road intersects with Bear Bluff Road.

The location of Sessions point is conveniently close to Highway 22 and International Drive. Among the amenities at Sessions Point are a community pool, sidewalks and trash removal.
