Beverly Homes is building a small new home community of single family homes off of Highway 9 Business West just outside of downtown Loris – Pleasant Meadow.
Beverly Homes purchased approximately 5 acres of land along Highway 9 Business West (Main Street) from Ten Mile LLC back in April of 2025. Ten Mile LLC still owns the remainder of land behind Pleasant Meadow – an approximate 35 acre parcel and has not yet announced their plans for this property.
The new home community of Pleasant Meadow in Loris by Beverly Homes will have 9 single family homes – each over a half of an acre.
Beverly Homes began presales in Pleasant Meadow in September of 2025. As of September 16, 2025, Beverly Homes already has building permits on 3 of the parcels in Pleasant Meadow.
