Prince Creek West is located within the western section of the Prince Creek master planned community - west of TPC boulevard and nestled a little further from Highway 707.
Toll Brothers has been building at Longwood Bluffs of Prince Creek West since 2018.
The Longwood Bluffs master planned community within Prince Creek West by Toll Brothers will have approximately 286 homes.
The Longwood Bluffs by Toll Brothers includes 2 collections:
1. Wilderness Collection – single-family homes starting from the upper $300's with home sizes ranging from approximately 1,670 square feet to 2,622 square feet
2. Coastal Collection – single-family homes starting from the middle $400's with home sizes ranging from approximately 2,115 square feet to 2,964 square feet
In April of 2025, Toll Brothers purchased an additional 7.46 acres of land within the Prince Creek master planned community in Murrells Inlet, SC. This new toll Brothers Parcel is a short distance northeast from the Toll Brothers new home community of Longwood Bluffs and adjacent to more mature subdivision of Seasons @ Prince Creek – a gated adult active 55+ community with 446 single family units.
In June of 2025, Toll Brothers applied for a Stormwater Permit and an Encroachment Permit.
Preliminary plans from Toll Brothers are naming this new community the Townes@Prince Creek West.
