Collins Creek Landing is a single family home community located off Journey’s End Road in the Prince Creek area of Murrells Inlet. The custom home community is partially divided by Horry and Georgetown counties. Homes in this community range in size from 1,600 to over 4,200 heated square feet in size. One of the major advantages of owning a home in Collins Creek Landing is that the custom constructed homes are framed on larger home sites than most of the cookie cutter neighboring home communities of Prince Creek. The community offers many amenities that dwarf other neighborhoods in Murrells Inlet and really make Collins Creek Landing stand out when you are searching for a lifestyle community to call home. Amenities include community boat landing and storage, an 8 acre community amenity center with stocked fishing pond, junior Olympic style swimming pool, kids swim zone, basketball, soccer field, batting cage and much more enjoyment for residents. Collins Creek Landing is a relatively small community that will have only about 22 homes. At this time there are only a few single family units left to be developed.
