Creekside Point is a new home community in Little River that began development in the late spring of 2023. Meritage Homes is the builder of Creekside Point. New home prices in Creekside Point start from the $300's. Creekside Point is conveniently located in Little River just north of Highway 17 adjacent to the Heather Glen community. Creekside Point offers a series of open-concept, ranch-style homes and amenities including swimming pool and cabana. Homeowners in Creekside Point will enjoy easy access to shopping, dining and waterfront entertainment.

The initial phase within Creekside Point will have 135 single family homes. Almost 100 of these single family homes in the initial phase in Creekside Point have been developed. A second phase in Creekside Point is being platted that will have approximately 48 single family homes.
