Lennar closed on the first single-family home in SeaChase Pointe in April 2025. By September 2026, approximately a year and a half later, Lennar had completely sold out all 180 single-family homes in the community.

That represents a remarkably quick sellout for a new home community of this size. Selling all 180 single-family homes in roughly 18 months underscores the strong demand for new construction in this part of North Myrtle Beach and the appeal of SeaChase Pointe’s location, product, and pricing.
