The new home community of Hope Pointe in North Myrtle Beach offers a prime waterfront setting along the Intracoastal Waterway.
In total, Ryan Homes will be building 95 single family homes and 146 townhomes in the new home community of Hope Pointe in North Myrtle Beach.
Ryan Homes began presales of the single-family homes in the new home community of Hope Pointe in North Myrtle Beach in June of 2025. Single-family homes have already closed and over 20 single-family homes are already under contract.
The initial phase in Hope Pointe is in the central part of the community and is consisting of approximately 58 single family homes. A future phase of single-family homes will be closer to the Intracoastal Waterway.
A new phase in Hope Pointe that Ryan Homes is opening in September of 2025 will include a set of approximately 146 townhomes. These townhomes will be situated closer to the Little River Neck Road portion of the community. These townhomes will be main-level living townhomes with upgraded interiors consisting of taller cabinets, upgraded countertops, and luxury flooring. These townhomes will offer over 1,600+ square feet of living space.
