The Finley Woods property consists of two parcels of land, a 5.86 acre parcel and a 5.66 acre parcel of land.
Preliminary Plans are showing approximately 36 single family homes in the new home community of Finley Woods in Loris.
The single-family homes in Finley Woods would be developed on 6,000 square foot lots and the community would be accessed from Suggs Street. Preliminary plans in Finley Woods are also showing a privacy fence and a landscape buffer of shrubs and trees to protect the property from Suggs Street. Among the amenities planned in Finley Woods are a playground, playing field and sidewalks.
Diamond Shores, the current owner of the land since May of 2024, is expected to be the land developer.
A parcel neighboring Finley Woods, Sparrow Point, will be developed with 10 custom built single-family homes. Diamond Shores has owned these Sparrow Point lots since February of 2025.
