In early 2024, Walton Global purchased two parcels in Conway – a 44.28 acre parcel and a 54.09 acre parcel.
This combined nearly 100 acres of land is conveniently located just off of Highway 905 directly next door to the new home community of Grissett Landing by Great Southern Homes.
On the southeastern side of the property runs the Waccamaw River
Preliminary plans from Horry County are showing approval of 199 single family homes under the subdivision name of Riverfield.
Walton Global (https://walton.com/) has not yet announced development plans for this new home community.
Perhaps not as well known in the Myrtle Beach area, Walton Global has been around for a long time. In the Myrtle Beach area, Walton Global also has interest in the Mariners Reach property just across the North Carolina state border in Bolivia, NC. Walton Global sold an initial phase of Mariners Reach to D. R. Horton back in 2024.
Walton Global has yet to announce plans for development.
