Presales by Lennar of the single-family homes at Beach View at Grande Dunes started in June of 2025. Lennar is pricing the single-family homes in Beach View at Grande Dunes starting at around $900,000.
Islewater at Grande Dunes
Islewater at Grande Dunes is one of the new subdivisions that is being developed within the same “Marina Village” section of Grande Dunes where Islecrest at Grande Dunes by Dream Finders Homes is being developed. Given the proximity to the Grande Dunes Marina, this newest section of the master planned community of Grande Dunes is also being referred to as “Marina Village”. Lennar will be the builder in Islewater at Grande Dunes.
This Lennar new home community, Islewater at Grande Dunes, being developed on an approximate 28 acre parcel of land, will have one of the premier locations in all of Grande Dunes, with numerous homesites directly along the Intracoastal Waterway.
Lennar will be building 86 single-family homes in Islewater at Grande Dunes.
As of December 2025, land development for the new home community of Islewater at Grande Dunes by Lennar is well underway. Expectations are that Lennar will be announcing plans for Islewater at Grande Dunes later in 2026.

Dream Finders Homes will be building 111 single family homes adjacent to Lennar’s Islewater at Grande Dunes within the Marina Village section of the Grande Dunes master planned community. This Dream Finders new home community, Islecrest at Grande Dunes, being developed on an approximate 36 acre parcel of land, will have one of the premier locations in all of Grande Dunes, with numerous homesites directly along the Intracoastal Waterway.
As of December 2025, land development for the new home community of Islecrest at Grande Dunes is well underway. Dream Finders Homes has not yet announced pricing or floorplans for the single-family homes in Islecrest at Grande Dunes. Expectations are that Dream Finders Homes will be formally announcing plans for Islecrest at Grande Dunes in early 2026.

In the fall of 2024, Dream Finders Homes started presales of their new townhome community - Promenade at Grande Dunes. Dream Finders Homes is building 85 townhomes at the Promenade at Grande Dunes, with floorplans ranging from 2,160 to 2,466 square feet of living space. Dream Finders Homes is pricing the townhomes at the Promenade at Grande Dunes starting at $550,990.

Cascadia at Grande Dunes
Toll Brothers, an award-winning builder will be offering 45 beautifully designed single-family residences within the prestigious master-planned community of Grande Dunes. This new section by Toll Brothers within the master planned community of Grande Dunes is conveniently located adjacent to the Grande Dunes Resort Golf Club. The new 45 single-family home Toll Brothers community – Cascadia at Grande Dunes - will be accessed directly off of Grande Dunes Boulevard and nestled between the driving range, clubhouse and tee boxes on the 9th hole within the Grande Dunes Resort Golf Club. Toll Brothers has announced floorplans for Cascadia at Grande Dunes as well as pricing starting in the $800,000’s.

Cane Patch North
An approximate 14.26 acre of land at the southeast corner of 76th Avenue and Highway 17 has been subdivided into 62 family parcels. These lots range in size from approximately 5,962 to 11,790 square feet. This property is tentatively being named Cane Patch North due to its proximity to the Cane Patch golfing facility. The Cane Patch Par 3, first opened in 1980 with three distinct par-3 golf courses, but permanently closed in October of 2017. Although the par-3 golf course closed, the Cane Patch Driving Range remains open. The neighborhood name, Cane Patch North, is inspired by its proximity to the long-standing Cane Patch golfing facility. The Cane Patch Par-3 course originally opened in 1980 with three distinct par-3 layouts but permanently closed in October 2017. While the Par-3 course is gone, the Cane Patch Driving Range continues to operate today as a popular local practice spot. Details regarding timing, pricing, and floorplans in Cane Patch North have not yet been released.
